We live in a world of distraction, disconnection, and discontentment. We lose focus of what is most important, we feel separated from those we care about, and we never seem to have enough despite living in a world of plenty.

Mindfulness is a habit that can bring us back to the here and now, help us keep our focus, and turn our attention to what is most important. It is a practice that has been around for thousands of years that can help us be more clear, more connected, and more content (even in the 21st century!)

I am very excited to share with you this 7 week program to help you apply the principles of mindfulness to your life.

There are 3 parts of this program to help you create new habits that will change your life.

The video series has 8 videos 15-20 minutes long. This series will give you a unique understanding of mindfulness principles and take you through some of the common challenges we have in applying mindfulness in our lives. You may choose to view one video a week, and do the ‘homework’ suggested in between videos. This series combines principles of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and neuroscience to provide you with a good understanding of practices that can create clarity, connection, and contentment.

The meditation series includes 20 meditations. These powerful practices are designed to complement the other two programs, and vary from a few minutes 30 minutes long. Most meditations are around ten minutes long. These videos provide a variety of mindfulness practices to help you in specific ways, and you will be able to find what is most helpful to you in your unique challenges. You may use these as you go through the video series to keep you practicing regularly in between the weekly videos.

The workbook has a quiz at the beginning and the end of the book, so you can see how things have shifted for you as you have applied a practice of mindfulness in your life. You will be given prompts for writing, a bit of written instruction, and other interactive experiences as well. There are also instructions for pivotal habits you may choose to do throughout your day. The workbook is designed to complement the video and meditation series, and all three combined will provide a synergistic experience as you begin to live mindfully.

It does not come without effort. But it is possible to have more clarity, and be more content and connected to those you care about. Beyond that, this practice has the potential to help you have PEACE.

Come experience the timeless practice of mindfulness with me, and all that it has to offer!

***Some people who have experienced trauma may become triggered with a mindfulness practice. If this applies to you, you may want to seek the support of a professional as you begin a mindfulness practice.***
