What's Best for Me?
JUMP START is a short program for people who are new to mindfulness, or just want something simple. It has 7 mindfulness audio recordings, as well as 3 visualizations. (10-15 min/day)
These are designed to give you a taste of mindfulness, while giving you some practices that can help reduce stress. The visualizations are meant to help increase feelings of well-being, and were inspired by my work with clients.

THE MINDFUL EXPERIMENT is a great course for those wanting to get a good mindfulness practice going. This course includes about 25 meditations, a workbook, and some instructional videos. (10-30 min/day)
In addition to mindfulness it also discusses some patterns of thought and emotion that we humans tend to fall into, how to recognize these and shift out of these patterns. There are seven weeks of content that you can take at your own pace. Finish up in 7 weeks, or continue using these practices for months! It's your choice. Unsubscribe when you are "done."
The workbook is a tool for individuals who learn through writing and reading, but also has some suggested assignments to help you create habits that foster happiness and well-being. You may find that you are already doing some of these assignments!

BODY FORWARD is a program designed for individuals who want to let go of negative patterns of thought and emotion surrounding the body, and create sustainable patterns of exercise, nutrition, and mindset.
This program requires a bit more time as individuals will be creating new habits to help them reach the goals they set for themselves. (15-60 min/day depending on your goals) If you go through it as designed each day, you may finish in 90 days!
You may be like others who have found they like to take their time, and spend longer on the program. You are welcome to continue your subscription as long as you are finding these practices helpful! Unsubscribe when you're "done."
This program has a workbook each week (with journaling prompts and a bit of art therapy), along with mindfulness meditations, visualizations, and tapping to clear out stuck emotions and create new patterns that honor the body! Included are some of the meditations from Mindfulness Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT), developed by Jean Kristeller and Andrea Lieberstein.

MINDFUL LIVING is ideal for those who want to go more in depth, meet personally with Christine 2-4 times a month (online option), and address those specific challenges that could be holding you back.
Mindful Living is a program that is individualized based on your unique needs. It combines coaching OR counseling, energy work, and one of the mindfulness programs to help you overcome obstacles and transform your life.
Mindful Living is available for either individuals or families.
***Some people who have experienced trauma may become triggered with a mindfulness practice. If this applies to you, you may want to seek the support of a professional as you begin a mindfulness practice.***
