A 3 day intensive program for women to help you CENTER, NOURISH, HEAL, and STRENGTHEN

Sometimes getting relief seems like a lot of work. As women, we many times put aside our individual needs and problems to focus on others and get things done and be responsible - but this only works for a period of time. We can only neglect our own self-care for so long.

This program is meant to be fun. We will be spending three days together doing more than just talking... We will be experiencing, creating, collecting, and clearing.

Self-care is not optional, it is necessary.

CENTER

Together we will make at least two pieces of pottery for you to take home. You will receive instruction and practice regarding creating a piece of pottery on a wheel, and will also be able to paint or glaze a piece of pottery already made. Painted pottery will be fired and available for you to take home at the end of the retreat. You may choose a glaze to cover the pottery you make, and this will be fired and sent to you as it is ready within approximately three weeks of the retreat.

In addition to creating a beautiful work of art, we will be experiencing what it is like to:

  • create balance

  • become centered

  • be flexible

  • accept imperfection

  • grow with practice

  • create and achieve goals

HEAL

Here we will use curiosity and kindness to look at your story and move toward personal peace.

STRENGTHEN

This is a full day experience, beginning with a hike at your level of ability. We will spend time outside (weather permitting), looking at your history with physical activity, including any challenges, interests, and needs.

We will explore some resources available in this area depending on your interests, and set some goals for yourself with a plan for carrying it through.

What's next?

I've spent years developing these programs aimed at solving many issues we all tend to face in our modern lives, but I'm always open to suggestions.

Do you have an idea for what my next course should be? Let's chat!

Centered is meant to help you regroup, reset, and re-energize yourself. We will aim to lighten loads and strengthen abilities in our time together.

I have spent many days in the beautiful areas of Southern Utah, and have learned many lessons through my pottery experience, as well as my practice of tapping and mindfulness. I am excited to share these days with you and the peace and balance that comes through these practices!

Let's Do This!
There are so many things pulling our attention away from what matters most to us. So many reasons to feel discontent. And when we get
distracted and discontent, we become disconnected from those who matter most to us.
MINDFULNESS can bring us back to what's most important, help us be present in the moment with acceptance, become more content, and better connected with those we care about.
COME EXPERIENCE THE POWER
OF A MINDFULNESS PRACTICE TODAY.
Let me know what questions you have and how I can help!
